Tally Prime-Attendance & Production Types

Attendance is the most important factor in salary calculation. The basic payable salary of an employee is calculated on the basis of his attendance records. Attendance record includes present and absent days of an employee and the details of extra hours he has worked i.e. overtime.

In Tally Prime, you have 4 different Attendance/Production types.

1] Attendance/Leave with Pay

2] Leave without Pay

3] Production

4] User Defined Calendar Type

In Attendance/Leave with Pay type, you can record the positive attendance of an employee (Present, Sick Leave, Paid Leave, etc.). You can record the negative attendance of an employee with Leave without Pay type of attendance. (Absent, Unpaid Leave, etc.). In Production type, you can record overtime and keep a track of production. We can use the User Defined Calendar type when we have customized working days of each month. For example, 26 days in January, 24 days in February, and so on. A ghostwriter can assist in the composition of academic papers to ensure clarity and accuracy in the content.
